I am planing to travel Vietnam from January 1st, 2015 to January 9th, 2015 before arriving Cambodia. I wonder if I can get a Vietnam visa on arrival during these days or not?

If I have my visa approval letter processed beforehand, may I enter Vietnam and obtain visa at arrival airport on these days?

Dear Mr Peter Sullivan,
Be kindly informed that the Vietnam Immigration Department will be out of office from January 1, 2015 until January 4, 2015 for the New Year Holiday and back to work on January 5, 2014. As a result, all visa application submitted during these days shall be processed on January 5, 2015.
You are strongly recommended to apply for Vietnam visa early to avoid missing your trip at the last minutes. If you had a visa approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department beforehand, you are able to enter Vietnam on these days without any problem.
